This painting is an 8 x 10 oil on canvas depiction of the lead singer from the band Soul Motivators.

I attended a doc fest performance in 2016 to enjoy the music of the incomparable Miss Sharon Jones while capturing this singer in the spotlight creating a beautiful reflection of both her beauty and her shimmering sequinned dress. I believe I have captured the essence of light in this beautiful stage performance.
